Based on current knowledge bilateral inflammatory swelling of the lacrimaland salvary glands, also known as Mikulicz syndrome, is associated with IgG4 related diseases.
Symptoms:
pressure pain in the areas around the eye, deterioration of vision, exophthalmus (protrusion of the eyeball), swelling of the eyelids
